Anti-cavitation wing type butterfly valves |
Morita’s Anti-cavitation wing type butterfly valve is a low cavitation type butterfly valve which enables to suppress the growth of the cavitation by changing the water current and by dispersing the fluid energy by the wing type rectifier disc, which is mounted on the upstream and the downstream of the disc. Normal butterfly valves (as per JWWA B 138 standard) have some specific features such as compact, simple structure, less power for opening and closing and good characteristics in intermediate flow amount. But, in the operation under the harsh throttle, noise and vibration will be generated and, the erosion by the cavitation is also a problem which cannot be disregarded. Our wing type butterfly valve enables to reduce the noise and vibration, and to control in the wide range by improving the characteristics against the cavitation. We solicit to use this valve for water distribution facilities of treated water supply, sewage, industrial water supply and agricultural water supply. |

Pre-filling wing type butterfly valves |
The Pre-filling wing type butterfly valve is a valve, where passage holes mounted at the disc keep the flow amount constantly at small open angle (of 20 to 25 % opening). The valve enables the excellent flow amount control and stable transfer of the fluid at the time of the first passing after the installation of the piping. Compared with the case of installing the by-pass piping or using the sub-valve, the captioned valve is excellent in terms of cost. We solicit to use this valve for water distribution facilities of treated water supply, sewage, industrial water supply and agricultural water supply. |
